    Reginald Williams, Founder and Executive Director for Family Is, also serves as the company's Board Chairman.

    He is an unrelenting Family and Community Advocate invested in building collaborative connections within families as well as communities. Reggie is skilled in bonding with at-risk communities promoting the 'protective factors' framework needed when nurturing the growth and spirit of a family.

    In his purpose to effect change within the structure of a family Reggie has earned several awards. Thurgood Marshall Middle School recognized Reggie for his 'Dedication Service' to their students; Prince George's Health Department acknowledged him for his 'Contribution to the Lives of Men and Families'; LifeStart Youth & Family Services credited him for his 'Commitment to Building Healthy Marriages'; Mount Zion Baptist Church awarded him for his 'Outstanding Leadership to Men'; Big Sis Company honored him as a 'Man of Class' for his work in eradicating domestic violence and the Department of Families Services proclaimed that Reggie makes a difference when he was esteemed him for his work in 'Sexual Assault and Mental Health Awareness'.

    Mrs. Dana Taylor (formerly Dana Winbush) is the CEO and Chief Strategist of Intelligent Ethos® Inc. With more than 15 years of experiene in customer relations, business development, sales and revenue generation, Mrs. Taylor is committed to helping small businesses and entrepreneurs find success in the marketplace by creating and sustaining cash flow, accessing expertise, leveraging technology, and expanding capacity.


    Since launching Intelligent Ethos® in May 2010, in her role as CEO, Mrs. Taylor has grown the company to serve small businesses ranging from $2 to $10M in annual revenue, in fields such as cyber security, data consulting, market research, and other technology and technical services areas. Intelligent Ethos® provides business development advisory services, methodology, and delivery, focusing on sales pipeline development and customer relationship management so that small businesses build sustainable and growing revenue streams.

    After beginning her career in account management for national and global companies, Mrs. Taylor transitioned into business development and sales for small businesses in 2002. She has cultivated extensive relationships in the small business community, federal government contracting market, and the professional and trade association sector. Throughout her career, Mrs. Taylor has been a leader in increasing revenue and profit for the companies that she has represented. She fills the role of strategist and go-to-resource for intricate sales solutions, optimizing income and profit, and competitive positioning.

    In January 2012, Mrs. Taylor graduated from ACTiVATE at George Washington University, a partnership between GWU and the Path Forward Center. It is an innovative training and development program designed for experienced women who have the intellect and intent to launch technology-based companies and grow these companies beyond themselves. The ACTiVATE program has helped launch more than 30 women-owned technologies companies. In 2011, Mrs. Taylor completed 'Getting Results Beyond Selling' sales training by The Pensare Group.     Mrs. Taylor is very active in her local business community. In 2010-2012, she led the Executive Circle Dinner program for the Northern Virginia Black Chamber of Commerce. In June 2012, she launched a mastermind group for early-stage women-owned businesses that met monthly at the City Club of Washington. She served on the American Society of Association Executives Membership Section Council. She was also Assistant Director of the Mount Zion Baptist Church (Arlington, Virginia) Christian Business Partners Ministry.

    Mrs. Taylor has been a featured speaker at the Tower Club Tysons Corner Breakfast Speaker Series, National Association of Women Business Owners Greater DC Chapter, Women's Business Center of Northern Virginia - NxLevel Program, UMBC Incubator and Accelerator, CH2M HILL, Inc., as well as other Chambers of Commerce, business groups, and civic organizations. Dana has also been a contributor to the Fairfax County Economic Development Authority's quarterly publication, 'Business Ventures. She has also been featured in Minority Business Enterprise's magazine column 'Master Your Brand'.

    Matt Anderson is a nationally recognized broadcaster and multi-talented media professional. He is the founder and senior producer of Missing Peace Productions, a media production company that produces commercial and corporate projects for television and radio.

    Matt has produced video and/or audio productions that have featured Jamie Foxx, Tyler Perry, Kirk Franklin, General Colin Powell, Yolanda Adams, The O'Jays, Stevie Wonder, T.D. Jakes and others. Matt is most noted for his work as a radio personality in the Washington, DC area. During his 30 years in media, Matt has served as Program Director, Production Director and on-air host at radio outlets such as Radio One, CBS Radio and Salem Communications. Most recently, he served as a talk-imaging producer at SiriusXM Satellite Radio, where he voiced and produced commercials for the CNN, MSNBC, OWN, Urban View, NASCAR channels as well as other talk channels.


    The Oakland, California native is highly skilled behind the scenes as a cameraman, director, and audio/video editor. While extraordinarily skilled in media, Matt is most committed to the community. He is a licensed minister and ordained pastor and is the founder of Grace and Truth Ministries. He often speaks at conferences and workshops primarily focusing on leadership development.

  • Peachie Pleasants Williams - Board Secretary

    Serving in her calling, Peachie Pleasants Williams is passionate about the ministry of marriage, and through Marriage Nectar her mission is to edify the covenant of marriage.

    Certified in marriage, relationship and family education leaving the legacy of Godly marriage is what inspires Peachie. She has served as lead facilitator for the CNN recognized Wedded Bliss (based in Washington, D.C.); lead facilitator for a Prince George's County Maryland Women's group and with her husband Reginald Williams, serves as co-director for the Marriage Enrichment Ministry at Mount Zion Baptist Church (Arlington, VA).

    It is Peachie sun filled leadership that has caused each of those relationship entities to grow exponentially.
